Coordinator of Scholastic reinforcement:
-Coordinates
the team of volunteeres who work in the scholastic reinforcement
area, providing whatever is necessary so that they can do a good
job.
-Informs
of anything new with the children in the school, in the house and
in the area of scholastic reinforcement, to their leaders, and doing
periodic follow up.
-
also looks after the house where the program is run.

SARA
MURILLO
Coordinator of the scholastic levelling area, coordinates her team
of volunteers:
-Administers
the required materiales for the work, and medicines for the year,
and is in charge of reporting on existing reserves.
-Revises
the lesson plans of each tutor, to make sure they prepare their
classes and do follow up in the way they have been shown.
Works
with the administrator, to evaluate the academic progress and learning
of the children in this area, and does the follow up to suggested
solutions.
-Follows
up the clinical histories of the children and does the documentation
for each one.

CARO
In charge of the food.
-In charge of the kitchen and the food for preparing breakfasts
and lunches.
-Responsible
for the cleaning and tidyness of the place, directing the children
with the cleaning in this area of work.

Tutor of scholastic levelling:
-Levels
the children scholastically.
-
Assists the children in fulfilling the norms of the group such as
obedience, order, discipline, submission, and socialization.
-Directly
provides exercises in the development of thinking and learning in
the children.

Tutor of scholastic levelling:
-Levels
the children scholastically.
-Works
as tutor of scholastic reinforcement.
-Assists
the children in fulfilling the norms of the group such as obedience,
order, discipline, submission, and socialization.

provides exercises in for development of thinking and learning in
the children.

Teacher of Sunday School.
-Prepares
the Sunday School classes for the children, for their ethic, moral
and religious formation.
-Teaches
the children in the Sunday School

GUTIÉRREZ
Family Attention.
-Offers
councelling and orientation to the families of the children, with
the aim of restoring and forming solid and stable homes.
-Runs
workshops for the parents, about the prevention of abuse, sexual
abuse, positive child raising, love, conflict resolution, and interpersonal
relationships.
-Does
bonding therapy with the children, and with the team.

PEREIRA
Administrative Coordinator
-Carries
out office and administrative type work. (letters, archives, phone
calls, etc)
-
does the accounts for the program
-Coordinates
and does follow up to the learning problems and thought development
in the children.
-Does
follow up concerning donations in Bogota and coordinates the giving
out or picking up of.
-Helps
the director of the program in the finding of donations in kind.
-Teaches
the children in the Sunday School.
-Gives
counselling and orientation to the feminine members of the team
of volunteers.
-Helps
the Director of the program in the guidence and orientation of the
coordinator of councelling of mothers who are in the program, and
to the children.
