STRATEGIES OF THE PROGRAM:
The work is done in stages, which the child goes through and is restored integrally.

STAGES:
1 – FRIENDSHIP AND CONFIDENCE

The team in charge of this phase of the work takes a look at the living quarters of the community that we are trying to reach with the aim of getting closer, knowing their problems and needs individually and as a family, making friends, breaking down cultural and social barriers, to win confidence , evangelizing them, letting them know of the love of Jesús for them and invite firstly the children to our house in which we initiate the process of restoration and transformation.

2.- SOCIALIZATION IN “THE NEW WAY”
In a house which we have rented and which we have called “The New Way”, we attend to the children whom we have invited, it serves as a place of personal hygien , establishing routines and norms, limits of mutual respect, socialization, discipline and school levelling.

3- SCHOOL LEVELLING
Most of the children cannot function in a normal school in the community. They have one of three particular problems or a combination of them:
A- PROBLEMS OF CONDUCT, Unsociable
B - AGE, too old.
C - PROBLEMS WITH LEARNING, dificulty learning and lack of attention.
The aforementioned difficulties which have to be overcome require a program and a personal accompanyment which normal schools in the community cannot provide, which is why we are doing what we are doing.

4-. SCHOLASTIC REINFORCEMENT AND NUTRITION
Children whom we have trained and placed in normal schools in the community receive in the afternoons, a snack, lunch, scholastic reinforcement, tutoring and continuity in their intergral and spiritual formation.

5 – ATENTION TO THE FAMILY OF THE CHILDREN.
Taking into account that the family is the base of society and every strategy directed at the formation of active people in the community should start with strengthening the same, to guarantee the results, we are developing a program of attention to the family that permits us to gain higher efficiency in our proposed objectives.

6- WEEKEND TALENTS AND GIFTS
On Saturdays some of the children come to the house, and receive a snack, training and development of abilities, learning of arts, coreographies, music, dance, theatre, painting, various skills, living and teaching of christian moral principles.

7. SUNDAYS OF FUN AND JOY IN THE COMMUNITY.
The children along with their mothers come to the house to have some community time and restoration of relationships and all have lunch together.
With this strategy in the program we are generating an incalculable transformation in the lives of the children and their families because we impact their lives with teaching and modelling christian moral values which will help towards bettering their future and that of their families, and community in general who have seen in the short term have seen change and development of the children who are participating in the program.

8.- RESIDENTIAL
In a family environment children would live long term and full time preparing to live and be useful in society; the emphasis being put on modelling a correctly functioning family in such a way that when the children are better they don’t make their own children into more children at high risk.

9. WORKSHOPS FOR THE VOLUNTEER TEAM
Two times a month we meet with the team of volunteers for the following activities:
- Share a breakfast and lunch.
- Strengthen interpersonal relationships of our working team.
- Listen to their questions, difficulties, individual problems, interpersonal, and as part of the work team.
-We form them in principles, values, relationship with God, and we provide them with tools which will help them more efficiently and edifyingly with the children.
-We make comments and we evaluate problems of each particular child and look for solutions.

The work that we do is centred on Biblical principles and the concensus of the team. We believe in the individuality of each of the children who need restoring, each one is different with different needs, every one needs a different restorative strategy designed just for them.
Our methods have a long term commitment with the children and their families. We have the patience and perseverance to bring change in them even if it takes years.
We work only in teams, never alone. This brings enrichment with different perspectives and new ideas, protection which comes from the support of others, evaluation from various perspectives and the deepening of interpersonal relationships.

NEEDS:
The participation and cooperation of different entities, friends, family, churches, and organisations is necessary, because the beneficieries do not have the economic capacity to fund the activities of the program.
NEW CHALLENGE:
Today, after ever increasingly challenging years, of dreams and projections, and when we have achieved a certain level of maturity as a program and ministry, we find ourselves in the middle of a special challenge, the dream of owning our own houses.
This dream no is a product of just wishing for it nor of technical whims, but that of a great technical need, due to the sustained growth of every part of the ministry, which has also created the need for extra space for discipleship of more children, mothers, fathers, to have more staff, more visits, new offices, new class rooms etc; The most obvious way to address these needs as a ministry has been to rent two houses, which consumes the greatest part of our finances. It is a immediate short term solution towards a long term need, but a better solution is needed, which would be to own two houses.
Looking at it, we spend the greatest part of our finances paying rent, which is a constant need, and in this we are “just surviving”. We have begun to understand, that God is guiding us to dream of the idea of having our own houses.
Because of this we have started a project to be able to buy a house within the community in which we work, where we do the activities of the program, and one outside of this community or from the context in which tthe children live. The goal being to offer alternative living conditions for children , when the influence of the family is very negative for the development of their lives and who fulfill the criteria needed, which the program has established
In order to buy two houses we would need $180 million pesos. (US$100.000) It is for this reason that we ask for your prayers, your ideas and if God guides, your help to buy these houses.

HOW CAN YOU PARTICIPATE?
Take some time to visit us, and see the needs first hand.
-Help the project economically.
-Consistantly pray concerning this challenge.
We would like to encourage you to be part of this dream with the purpose of honouring and glorifying God in these new generations, offering a place and opportunities to be formed into men and women of God who serve society and in the world. If you would like to know more about this project, contact us so we can answer any questions you might have.
